It is placed through the isolating point and closed, allowing each authorized person to place their own padlock on it. Allow multiple workers to lock out a single energy source.

b) Lock out by multiple workers at each lockout point
c) Keeps equipment inoperative while repairs or adjustments are made.
d) Control cannot be turned on until last worker's padlock is removed from hasp.
